How secure is the data we collect?

Where do we store your data?
The personal data we collect is processed at our offices in London and Riga and in any data processing facilities operated by the third parties we use.
How long do we store your data?
We will stop actively using and delete any personal identifiable information about you within 12 months from the last time you were in contact with Urban AI. If agreed by a separate contract, we will delete your personal data from our archives no later than 6 years or as agreed with you in a separate contract.

The third parties can include external companies who act as our partners, suppliers, insurers and agencies but only where they meet our standards of data and security.
